Amazing post … something everyone at amazon realizes at some point but no one could’ve put it in better words than you have here … Still don’t know a single person who actually left amazon because they didn’t like it. And best part about this organization is the responsibility and freedom they give to new hires. You’re one among the team from day one and you can even tell your manager if you like/dislike the work you’re currently doing and have him help you shift to a more appropriate team!… Where else can you have people quit the company to join a start up and have his manager tell him in case things don’t work out, you’re always welcome back .. I wouldn’t have forgiven you if you’d left amazon for any other reason than the two you mentioned in your post anyway … All the best (I’ll keep telling you this) for the start up dude … the history books are still waiting

Yes,changes are uncomfortable…especially when from best to unknown..
but i personally feel..this is the best it could have been…uve worked in the best company…and you know exactly what qualities ure company should possess now..isnt it?
